1 ½ cups of Keto1.0 Pastry Flour
Pinch of Salt
¾ cup Granulated Sweetener (Erythritol)
½ tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Almond Extract
½ cup Salted Butter, Softened
½ cup Almonds, chopped
2 TBSP Sweetener
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ cup Almonds, Chopped or Sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line a 8 x 13 pan with parchment paper.
Mix all base ingredients together except almonds (should be crumbly). Combine in chopped almonds..
Press into pan (I use a potato masher to press down firm)
Mix Sweetener & Cinnamon together for topping. Sprinkle over top of base
Sprinkle Chopped or Sliced Almonds op top.
Score into bars (I use a pizza slicer). Cut into around 16 pieces
Bake for @ 15 minutes
Remove and cool slightly before serving
