Keto1.0 Bread & Bun Mix;
2 ½ cups of Keto1.0 Bread Mix
3 tsp Instant Yeast
4 tsp Olive Oil
1 ½ cups Lukewarm Water
1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
Mix as pkg instructions
Roll out dough into a 12 x 8 rectangle
¾ cup butter, softened
¾ cup Sweetener*
*Regular Monk Fruit – delicious OR
*Brown Sugar blend (Truvia) – gooey delicious (just a few more carbs)
1 TBSP Cinnamon
¾ cup Pecans, chopped (optional)
Slather with butter, evenly. Top with Sweetener of your choice and sprinkle with Cinnamon. Add chopped Pecans (optional, but delicious).
Roll into a long roll, cut into 8 pieces (you can cut into more if you want smaller Cinnamon Buns.
Place into a well greased pan (we use a 9 x 13 pan).
Cover & proof for 1 ½ hours to 2 hours.
Place in preheated 390 degree oven and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes
Cream Cheese Frosting
½ pkg Cream Cheese (4 oz), softened
2 TBSP salted butter
1/3 cup POWDERED Erythritol (increase to ½ cup if you like a sweeter frosting)*
*I powder my own by using my ninja and using regular granulated erythritol – grind for 2 mins
1 tsp Vanilla
Cream together Cream Cheese & Butter, along with Vanilla. Add in Sweetener.
Spread over slightly cooled Cinnamon Buns and Enjoy!
