¾ cup Keto1.0 Pastry Mix
¼ cup Monk Fruit
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
¼ cup Butter (measured solid, then melted)
¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 Large Eggs
½ tsp Vanilla
Cinnamon Coating
¼ cup Monk Fruit
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 TBSP Butter, melted


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease Donut pans well.
In a large bowl, stir together the pastry mix, sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, almond milk, egg and vanilla extract.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into donut pans (3/4 full).
Bake for around 22 to 28 minutes (depending on size of donut pans), until golden brown.
Cool until donuts can easily be removed.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together sweetener an dcinnamon for coating.
When cooled slightly, brush top with butter, then press/roll in the cinnamon/sweetener mixture to coat.

Makes around 10 small donuts or @ 6 large
