1 cup Keto1.0 Pastry Mix
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
2 large Eggs
1/3 cup Sour Cream
4 tablespoons unsalted Butter melted, cooled
Pinch of Salt


Preheat the oven to 390F.
Melt the butter in a medium sized microwave proof bowl and let it cool
In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients
Combine cooled butter with eggs and sour cream. Stir to combine.
Add wet ingredients to the dry. Mix thoroughly, ensuring everything is evenly combined.
Sprinkle a few TBSP of Pastry Mix on parchment paper. Roll out into flattened, rounded circle and place on parchment paper on cookie sheet.
Cut into wedges (we cut into 6 but easily can be cut into 8)

Bake for 10 – 12 minutes until the tops are golden brown.

This is a base recipe, but feel free to be creative;
Chives, Onion Salt, and/or seasoning of your choice. OR
Blueberries, Raspberries or Low Carb Choc chips!

I added 1 cup of cheddar cheese to recipe and an additional ½ cup for the top (but I LOVE cheese).
